BBBEE Status: Clover is a "Level 7 Contributor"

Clover sees Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment as an opportunity to increase economic activity thereby creating:

• sustainable livelihoods for as many as possible of the country's inhabitants
• as well as a growing and sustainable consumer market
• BBBEE is supported, amongst others, by Clover's Employment Equity, Skills Development and Procurement policies.

Internal champions have been appointed for each of the seven BBBEE elements and their role is to ensure that progress is made towards the targets that have been set for each element. The revised codes were released by the Department of Trade and Industry on 9 February 2007.   The result of the most recent external audit (conducted by Empowerlogic) was that Clover has been classified as a Level 7 Contributor.
