| Ingredients |

400ml Clover Fresh Milk 3 tbsp Clover Fresh Cream zest of 1/2 lemon 6 egg yolks 3 heaped tbsp castor sugar |
| Preparation method |
- Combine ingredients in mixing bowl and whisk well
- Pour into six ramekins
- Place in oven tray
- Pour warm water into tray (going halfway up the ramekins)
- Bake in oven at 170˚C for 20 to 25 minutes
