1litre Ultra Mel Double Toffee Custard 6 tbsp brown sugar 9 ginger biscuits, broken |
| Preparation method |
- Divide biscuits between 6 ramekins
- Pour Ultra Mel Custard over
- Sprinkle with brown sugar
- Place under oven grill (or use chefs torch) until sugar has caramelized
