| Preparation method |
- Combine Ultra Mel, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla and brandy in mixing bowl
- Whisk well
- Lightly butter round oven dish
- Arrange pears in dish and pour over custard
- Bake in oven at 180˚C for 45 minutes
