480g Cannelini beans, drained 3 slices stale country bread, cut into squares 240g cocktail tomatoes, halved 3 tbs roughly chopped parsley 150g Clover Feta, broken |

Combine ingredients in salad bowl and toss with following dressing:
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
