| Orange Salad & Sour Cream |

| Ingredients |

4 oranges
2 cups dessert wine
2 tbsp sugar
2 strips of orange peel
1 cinnamon stick
250ml Clover Sour Cream
1 tbsp castor sugar |
| Preparation method |
- Peel oranges, cut into slices and arrange on serving plate
- Heat wine, sugar, cinnamon and orange peel in saucepan.
- Let simmer until it has reduced to half its volume
- Pour over oranges
- Lightly beat sour cream with castor sugar
- Serve with orange salad
