250g brown mushrooms, chopped 350g leeks, chopped 2 tbsp Clover Butter 250 g Clover Fat Free Plain Smooth Cottage Cheese 200 g Clover Plain Cream Cheese 2 eggs, beaten 1 tbsp freshly chopped parsley |
| Preparation method |
- Lightly grease 6 ramekins and line bottoms with wax paper
- Sauté leeks and mushrooms in butter until soft
- Combine cheese and eggs in mixing bowl and mix well
- Stir in mushrooms, leeks and parsley
- Spoon into ramekins and bake in oven at 180˚C for 25 minutes
