- 1 red cabbage
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- country bread
- 200g Cream Cheese with Spring Onions & Chives
- freshly ground black pepper


1. Chop cabbage and stir-fry with oil and soy sauce until cooked but still firm, put aside. 2. Lightly toast 6 to 12 slices of country bread. 3. Spread with cream cheese of choice. 4. Top with cabbage and season with pepper
