Bruchetta with Fried Cabbage & Cream Cheese

  • 1 red cabbage
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • country bread
  • 200g Cream Cheese with Spring Onions & Chives
  • freshly ground black pepper 





1. Chop cabbage and stir-fry with oil and soy sauce until cooked but still firm, put aside.
2. Lightly toast 6 to 12 slices of country bread.
3. Spread with cream cheese of choice.
4. Top with cabbage and season with pepper
