- 18 large home-made almond biscuits (or other flavours of choice)
- 250g Clover Chunky Low Fat Cottage Cheese
- 100g dark chocolate


- Place a spoonful of cottage cheese on each biscuit
- Use a vegetable peeler and shave chocolate over cottage cheese
- Arrange on plate and serve
