| Asparagus in Milky Sauce |

1 tbsp Clover Butter 1 tbsp flour 1 cup Clover Fresh Full Cream Milk 100 g Marie Harel Camembert, skin removed 50 g Clover Cheddar Cheese, grated 2 large bunches fresh asparagus |
| Preparation method |
- Heat butter in saucepan. Stir in flour
- Slowly add small amounts of milk and stir until sauce is smooth
- Add cheese and stir until cheese has melted
- Wash and dry asparagus and place in oven dish
- Pour milky sauce over
- Bake in oven at 180˚C until sauce just starts to brown
