1/2 cup Clover MooiRiver Butter
1/2 cup honey
zest of 1/2 orange |
| Preparation method |
- Heat butter and honey in saucepan (do not boil!)
- Stir in zest
- Remove from heat and spoon over pancakes, crepes, toast or sponge cake
