| Preparation method |
- Puree strawberries with castor sugar (Keep 4 strawberries aside)
- In a mixing bowl combine yogurt and half the puree
- Stir once or twice for marbled effect
- Spoon layers of yogurt mixture, rest of puree and cream into tall glasses
- End with rosette of cream and garnish with fresh strawberries
