| Preparation method |
- Heat sour cream, milk, honey and vanilla paste in a saucepan until just starting to boil
- Remove from heat, add saffron and let cool for 10 minutes
- Remove saffron and add the beaten egg
- Whisk well
- Cover and let cool
- Press through sieve and pour into serving bowl
- Place on large plate with arrangement of biscott
