Biscotti with Sour Cream & Honey Custard

Biscotti with Sour Cream Custard
Ingredients

250ml Clover Sour Cream
250ml Clover Milk
2 tbsps honey
1 tsp vanilla paste
5 strands of saffron
1 egg, beaten
assorted biscotti

Preparation method
  • Heat sour cream, milk, honey and vanilla paste in a saucepan until just starting to boil
  • Remove from heat, add saffron and let cool for 10 minutes
  • Remove saffron and add the beaten egg
  • Whisk well
  • Cover and let cool
  • Press through sieve and pour into serving bowl
  • Place on large plate with arrangement of biscott
