2 punnets fresh strawberries 250g white cooking chocolate Poppy seeds, to taste | |

| Preparation method |
- Clean the strawberries with a damp cloth and dry thoroughly
- Melt the chocolate over low setting in the microwave or over steam (never direct heat)
- Taking the strawberries by its stems dip into melted chocolate and then into poppy seeds
- Leave to dry completely
