The 2006/7 financial year was once again a success story for Clover Beverages. However, it will be remembered more as the year in which we bid farewell to our partner, Danone, in the Clover Danone Beverages Company.

"The 2006/7 financial year has been very industrious for the Company, with various activities and decisions that will affect the future of the Company. As a result of Compagnie Gervais Danone’s sale of their shares in the Company to Clover S.A. (Pty) Ltd, the Company’s name was changed from Clover Danone Beverages Ltd to Clover Beverages Ltd in terms of a special resolution adopted on 6 July 2007."
