500g Clover Low Fat Chunky Plain Cottage Cheese 2 tbsps chopped parsley 2 tbsps chopped thyme 2 tbsps chopped chives 2 tbsps chopped spring onions 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 2 tsps white balsamic vinegar freshly ground black pepper freshly baked baguette |
| Preparation method |
- Place cottage cheese in bowl
- Stir in herbs, chives and onions
- Spoon into serving dish
- Flavour with black pepper
- Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar
- Serve with broken baguette
