1kg cocktail tomatoes 1 tbsp Clover Butro Butter Spread sea salt freshly ground black pepper 250ml Clover Fresh Cream 4 sprigs of fresh thyme 1 tbsp freshly grated Pecorino |
| Preparation method |
- Heat butter in large pan
- Squeeze tomatoes and add to pan
- Let simmer at low heat for 30 minutes
- Add cream and season with salt, pepper and thyme
- Let simmer for a few minutes until sauce thickens
- Season with Pecorino and serve immediately with cooked pasta or rice
