500ml Clover Fresh Cream ½ cup fresh or frozen mixed berries 4 tsps castor sugar 2 cups green grapes 2 cups black grapes 6 phyllo baskets, meringue nests or dessert bowls ½ cup roasted pistachios, chopped |
| Preparation method |
- Whip cream with 2 tsp castor sugar until soft peaks form
- Puree berries with rest of sugar
- Stir gently into cream to create marbled effect
- Spoon grapes into baskets, nests or dessert bowls
- Top with cream
- Sprinkle with nuts
