2 tbsps cornflour
500ml Clover Fresh Milk
1 tsp vanilla extract or paste
75g castor sugar |
| Preparation method |
- Mix cornflour with 2 tbsps milk
Combine rest of milk, vanilla and sugar in saucepan
Stir over medium heat until sugar has dissolved
Remove from heat and add cornflour paste
- Stir over medium heat until just starting to boil
- Remove from heat and whisk
- Let cool until just above room temperature and serve in small pots or glasses
