2cups self raising flour 1tsp sea salt 1tsp freshly ground black pepper 2tbsps freshly chopped herbs 1cup Clover Fresh Milk juice of ½ lemon 1½ cup Elite Mature Cheddar Cheese sesame, pumpkin & poppy seeds |
| Preparation method |
- Sift flour in a bowl
- Add salt, pepper and herbs
- In a separate bowl combine milk and juice of lemon
- Add to flour mixture
- Use hands and work dough into ball
- Press down and mark with knife into wedges
- Sprinkle with seeds
- Place on baking tray and bake at 190ºC for 40 minutes
