130ml Clover Mooi River Salted Butter, melted (125g) 100ml sugar 3 eggs 500ml cake flour (280g) 15ml baking powder 3ml salt 125ml maize meal 1x410g can creamed sweet corn 125ml Clover Full Cream fresh milk |

| Preparation method |
- Preheat oven to 180°C
- Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, beating constantly until mixture is light and fluffy
- Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add dry mixture to creamed butter. Add maize meal, sweet corn and milk. Mix well and spoon into a greased 23 cm loaf tin
- Bake 50 - 55 minutes or until skewer comes out clean when inserted into the centre of loaf. Turn out onto a wire rack and allow to cool .
