25ml sunflower oil 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped 10ml mild curry powder 25ml apricot jam 40ml vinegar 3 bananas 1x300g can corned beef, cut into cubes 1 egg 60ml Clover Fresh Full Cream Milk |

50ml sunflower oil 2 onions, chopped 2 green peppers, seeded and chopped 20ml mild curry powder 50ml apricot jam 80ml vinegar 6 bananas 2x300g cans corned beef, cut into cubes 2 eggs 120ml Clover Fresh Full Cream Milk | |

| Preparation method |
- Heat the oil in a heavy- based saucepan. Add the onion and green pepper and sauté until onion is translucent. Add the curry powder and fry for 1 minute.
- Mix the apricot jam, vinegar, bananas and meat together. Add to the curry mix.
- Spoon into a greased ovenproof dish.
- Beat the egg and milk together. Pour over the meat mixture.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C or until egg is set
