| Ingredients |

350g Clover Feta Plain, Black Pepper or Herb, cut into cubes 1 tbsp black pepper corns 1 tbsp green pepper corns 1 tsp coriander seeds 4 small red chillies 3 sprigs of rosemary 2 tbsps sundried tomatoes extra virgin olive oil |
| Preparation method |
- Place pepper- and coriander corns in bottom of 500ml jar
- Arrange feta, chillies, rosemary and tomatoes on top
- Cover with oil
- Seal jar and keep refrigerated until needed
Hints:
- Use in salads
- Stir oil into pastas
- Serve feta and tomatoes with biscuits or fresh bread
- Serve with olives and cocktails
