| Ingredients |

2 tbsps Clover MooiRiver Butter 2 cloves of garlic, chopped 1 large onion, chopped 150g whitest part of celery, chopped 150g whitest part of leeks, chopped 1l Clover Fresh Milk 2 tbsps honey sea salt freshly ground black pepper |
| Preparation method |
- Heat butter in saucepan
- Sautee vegetables until soft and transparent
- Add milk and honey and season generously with sea salt
- Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes
- Season with freshly ground black pepper
- Serve warm or at room temperature
