| Ingredients |

3 fresh peaches 1 cup tapioca 1 liter Clover Fresh Milk 1/3 cup sugar piece of fresh ginger pinch of cinnamon 2 eggs, beaten |
| Preparation method |
- Cut peaches in slices and arrange on bottom of 6 ramekins
- Heat tapioca, milk, ginger, cinnamon and sugar together
- Simmer until tapioca is cooked, stir regularly
- Remove from heat, let cool for 10 minutes
- Remove ginger and stir eggs into tapioca
- Pour over peaches
- Place ramekins in deep oven dish
- Pour water in oven dish to reach halfway up ramekins
- Bake in oven at 180ºC for about 25 minutes
- Serve warm or at room temperature
