| Ingredients |

2 cups cooked brown and wild rice mixture 2 tbsps Clover Butro Butter Spread 250g brown mushrooms, sliced 1 egg, whisked 1 cup garden peas 1 tbsp soy sauce freshly ground black pepper sweet chilli sauce 25g spring onions, chopped |
| Preparation method |
- Heat 1 tbsp Butro in a pan or wok and fry mushrooms
- Remove from pan
- Fry egg in pan until just starting to set, remove from pan
- Heat remaining Butro in pan
- Add rice, garden peas, mushrooms and soy sauce and stir until heated
- Remove from heat and stir in egg
- Spoon in bowls and season with black pepper
- Top with chilli sauce and garnish with spring onions
