| Preparation method |
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Sift the flour, cocoa and baking powder together. Add sugar and chocolate and mix through.
- Beat butter, eggs and milk until mixed. Make a hollow in centre of dry ingredients and gradually add the liquid. Lightly mix liquid through, do not over mix, mixture can still be lumpy.
- Spoon into a greased muffin pan and bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted
- Serve warm.
Makes 12 muffins, depending on size. |
