1. Break the feta rounds into large chunks. 2. Place the baby tomatoes in a flattish bowl. (The baby tomatoes with their stems on look more interesting) 3. Add the feta chunks to the tomatoes in the bowl. Mix through. Sprinkle with olive oil and season to taste
Serving suggestions:
- Either as a cold salad as an accompaniment to a main meal
- Well heated through until the skins of the tomatoes start to shrink and then served with a sliced French loaf. (Spread the melted Feta on the bread and top with the slightly cooked tomato).
- The heated dish can also be served as a hot accompaniment to a main meal.
