Serves: 4 - 6 Cooking time: 45 Minutes

Salsa:
- 125 ml tomato sauce
- 1 red chilli, seeded and chopped
- 2 spring onions, chopped


1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC. 2. Wash and scrub potatoes and cut into thick wedges. 3. Place wedges in an ovenproof dish and brush with melted butter. 4. Season to taste and bake for 30 – 40 minutes or until crisp. 5 .Remove from oven and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place back in the oven until cheese has melted. 6. Mix the salsa ingredients together and serve as a dipping sauce with cheesy potato wedges.
