1. Cut the hot cross buns in horizontally half. 2. Place onto oven pan and lightly toast hot cross buns under grilling element. 3. Remove and sprinkle grated cheese over each half. 4. Place under griller for a few seconds until the cheese has melted. 5. Serve with orange preserve.
