- 1 ready made pizza base
- 50 g sun dried tomatoes in oil
- ½ punnet baby Italian tomatoes
- 125 ml Clover Tusser’s Cheese, grated
- fresh basil leaves


1. Preheat oven to 200ºC. 2. Chop the sun dried tomatoes and spread onto pizza base. 3. Sprinkle grated Tusser’s cheese over.Top with baby tomatoes. 4. Sprinkle torn basil leaves over. 5. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes until done. |
