Cheddar is manufactured using pasteurised, standardised cow's milk according to prescribed work instructions. It is a full fat, hard cheese with a smooth texture. Firm, not dry or crumbly, with a sharp, characteristic taste. Slightly salty, with an orange-yellow colour. Good quality and value-for-money Cheddar.
