Clover - Elite Gouda


	Gouda is manufactured using pasteurised, standardised cow's milk according to prescribed work instructions. It is a full fat, semi-hard cheese. Smooth, soft, pliable texture, softer than Cheddar cheese. Creamy yellow-orange colour with a mild and nutty flavour.

Cow's milk, Salt, Calcium chloride, Annatto natural cheese colouring, Mesophile starter culture, Microbial (non-animal) rennet.
