Clover - Pan-Grilled Steak with Cheese & Peppadew Filling
 
PAN GRILLED STEAK WITH CHEESE AND PEPPADEW FILLING

  • 4 x minute steaks
  • salt and pepper
  • oil for grilling
  • 2 x Clover Gouda Cheese Slices
  • 60 ml Peppadews™, chopped
  • chives for decoration    

 



1. Season steaks with salt and pepper.
2. Lightly brush a griller pan with oil.
3. Grill steaks on both sides until done to desired taste.
4. Place a slice of cheese on two steaks and spoon chopped Peppadews™ on top.
5. Cover with second steak.
6. Garnish with chives.

Tip: 
Serve as is or slice in slithers as a snack.
