Makes: Approx 300ml dip

- 125 ml mayonnaise
- 125 ml cream
- 100 g Clover Gouda Cheese, finely grated
- 2 spring onions, chopped


1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until a smooth sauce. 2. Serve dip with cocktail meatballs or vegetables on small sosatie sticks.
