Gouda is manufactured using pasteurised, standardised cow's milk according to prescribed work instructions. It is a full fat, semi-hard cheese. Creamy yellow in colour, it has a smooth texture. It has a characteristic, slightly nutty, sweetmilk flavour. Good quality and value-for-money Gouda. |
