| Preparation method |
- Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- Trim mushroom stems level with caps and chop stems finely.
- Mix chopped mushroom stems, butter, ham, sour cream, lemon juice and spring onions. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fill the mushroom caps with mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
