1. Preheat oven to 180ºC. 2. Trim mushroom stems level with caps and chop stems finely. 3. Mix chopped mushroom stems, butter, ham, sour cream, lemon juice and spring onions. 4. Season with salt and pepper. 5. Fill the mushroom caps with mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes. |
