Baked Mushrooms with Ham

Ingredients

6 large black mushrooms
60 g Clover Butter
125 g cooked ham or chicken, finely chopped
60 ml Clover Sour Cream
10 ml lemon juice
4 spring onions, finely chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper
100 g Clover Gouda Cheese, grated

Preparation method
  • Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  • Trim mushroom stems level with caps and chop stems finely.
  • Mix chopped mushroom stems, butter, ham, sour cream, lemon juice and spring onions. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Fill the mushroom caps with mixture, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
