Grilled Cheese Vegetables

Ingredients

100 g Clover Cheddar Cheese, grated
2 baby marrows, sliced lengthways
8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
125 g button mushrooms, sliced
salt and pepper, to taste
60 ml Clover Fresh Cream  

Preparation method
  • Preheat oven to 180ºC.
  • Place the vegetables in layers in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle with cream.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese over vegetables and bake for 20 - 30 minutes until vegetables are soft and cheese has melted.
