| Preparation method |
- Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- Place the vegetables in layers in an ovenproof dish. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drizzle with cream.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over vegetables and bake for 20 - 30 minutes until vegetables are soft and cheese has melted.
