1. Preheat oven to 180ºC. 2. Place the vegetables in layers in an ovenproof dish. 3. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Drizzle with cream. 5. Sprinkle grated cheese over vegetables and bake for 20 - 30 minutes until vegetables are soft and cheese has melted.
