Terms and conditions: Krush Promotion

1. This promotion commences on 15 March 2010 and closes on 31 May 2010.
2. Entrants must be citizens of South Africa.
3. Employees of Clover, their marketing agencies, business associates and immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition.
4. In order to qualify for the 2for1 cinema card reward entrants have to register the unique code from 4 x Clover Krush 1,5 litre product units.
5. Registration can only take place by means of sms. One unique number per sms.
6. To register a unique Clover Krush number simply SMS the word “Krush” followed by the unique number to 33356 (R1.50 per sms). For example : Krush 123123456 and send it to 33356.
7. For validation purposes entrants must use the same cellphone number / SIM card when registering all four their unique Clover Krush numbers, failing which their claim may be rejected.
8. In the event that there are competing claims from 2 or more entrants relating to the registration of a specific unique number the organizers will be entitled to disqualify one or both such claims.
9. The organizers will require the name and contact details of entrants for purposes of issuing the 2for1 Cinema Card and undertake not to use this information for any purpose other than communications between Clover and the entrant.
10. The organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Rewards are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Terms and Conditions: 2for1 Cinema Card

1. This offer is open to residents of South Africa, excluding employees of the promoter, its agents and distributors.
2. Upon presentation of the 2 for 1cinema card, the bearer is entitled to the purchase of two tickets for the price of one.
3. This offer is only valid for asterisk films as nominated by Ster-Kinekor from time to time.
4. The 2 for 1 Cinema card can only be used once per day from the date of issue
5. Not valid with other Ster-Kinekor offers, promotions, film festivals, Gold Class, Premiere Class and Twin Seats.
6. Only original cards are accepted and no photocopies will be accepted.
7. This card is not exchangeable for cash or for sale.
8. Original card may be required to be presented at cinema box office counter.
9. Free cinema ticket must be used for the same screening of the paid ticket.
10. Paid ticket is based on normal prevailing price.
11. Redemption of ticket is subject to availability of seats.
12. This card may not be used to reserve or purchase tickets by telephone, on-line or via WAP. Tickets can only be redeemed via Ster-Kinekor’s SST’s (Self Service Terminals).
13. Film classification rules apply, and identification may be required.
14. The cinema manager’s decision is final and standard cinema rules apply.
15. The holder of this card is not entitled to any preferential right over other cinema patrons.
16. The promoter is not liable for any loss suffered by customers when using the cinema card.
17. Any disputes between customers and Ster-Kinekor pertaining to the use of the cinema card are strictly between the customer and Ster-Kinekor only.
18. This promotion is administered on behalf of the promoter of Ster-Kinekor Theatres. This promotion includes all Ster-Kinekor cinemas, namely Junction, Classic and Nouveau sites.
