Serve: 4 - 6 Cooking time: 30 Minutes

Filling:
- 1 x 410 g can pear halves, drained and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 x 385 g can pie apple slices, drained and cut into bite-size pieces
- 50 g white sugar
- 50 g raisins
- 2 ml ground cinnamon
- 1 ml ground cloves
- 25 ml Crush Orange Juice
- 10 ml orange zest
To serve:


1. Mix apple and pear pieces with other filling ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes. 2. Drain off excess juice, but do not discard. 3. Divide filling between pancakes and fold to enclose. 4. Serve warm with the whipped cream or ice cream, drizzled with the reserved juice.
