"The year under review must rank as one of the most eventful and exciting in the 112 year history of Clover. The developments of the past year heralded the final transition of Clover from its cooperative roots. While the actual conversion from a co-operative to a company took place in 2003, the process of creating a suitable structure has been extremely difficult and challenging as has been the recapitalisation of the Group."
