- 60ml Clover Butter
- 60ml Flour
- 250ml Clover Milk
- 3 Bay Leaves
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 5ml Salt
- 5ml Black Pepper
- 5ml Mustard
- 5ml Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2ml Wasabi Powder
- 200g Grated Elite Mature Cheddar Cheese
- 50g Gorgonzola (optional)
- 340ml Beer
- French Baguette (toasted)


1. Make a roux with the butter and flour, add the milk to make a white sauce. 2. Add the bay leaves, garlic cloves, salt, black pepper, mustard, rice wine vinegar, Wasabi powder, grated Mature cheddar & gorgonzola. 3. Whisk until smooth, add the beer and allow to thicken 4. Spoon over the sliced Baguette, sprinkle some grated cheddar over, put under the grill until golden and serve.
