1. Preheat the oven to 190°C. 2. Combine butter, cheese, flours, and baking powder. Beat egg and milk (keep a bit aside for glazing) and add to butter mixture. Mix to form a dough. 3. Shape into balls and put on baking tray, pressing lightly in centre. Glaze with egg and milk and sprinkle with paprika. 4. Bake in pre-heated oven for 10-12 minutes, until golden.
