1. Place the ingredients in food processor and process until mixed. 2. Spoon into cling-wrap lined cake tin and refrigerate for at least two hours. 3. Turn in serving platter, remove plastic, garnish with olives and spring onions. Serve with rosemary mealie bakes and cheddar biscuits.
Health tip: Olives, green or black contain many nutrients and healthy monounsaturated fats that contribute to cell health. They are, however, very high in sodium and, as such, should be consumed in moderation.
