| Chocolate Milkshake |

| Preparation method |
- Start by making a chocolate sauce.
- In a thick bottomed saucepan gently heat the cocoa powder, condensed milk and butter.
- Stir the mixture continuously until all the ingredients have melted.
- Turn the heat up slightly and simmer the sauce for 4 – 5 minutes.
- Remove the thickened sauce from the heat and stir in the vanilla essence.
- Cool sauce down.
- When you are ready to make the milkshakes, drizzle the inside of the serving glasses with a little of the chocolate sauce.
- Place the ice cream and remaining sauce in a food processor, or use a tupper shaker, and liquidize or shake until well combined. If the mixture is too thick, a little milk can be added.
- Serve our chocolate milkshake cold and garnished with chocolate flakes
