When it comes to finding a chef who can add that exclusive touch of class to the simplest of dishes, writer, performer, wit, bon vivant and unashamed food fanatic Nataniël is the obvious choice.

Nataniël says: Welcome guests with an unusual, festive drink. Every glass on earth does not have to include alcohol to create feelings of excitement or anticipation. I have never been a fan of screamingly coloured synthetic bar brews. Manhattan Ice Tea forms the ideal basis for a pre-dinner cocktail. Please leave the colourful umbrellas for your next visit to an island.
