| Muesli Rusks |

In hot weather, low-fat or fruit yoghurts can replace or supplement sandwiches. And in chilly weather, soups in a Thermos flask can stand in for both. Combine soups with something crunchy, like these muesli rusks.
Serves: 30 rusks

720g self-raising flour 5ml salt 50ml baking powder 500ml muesli 250ml sunflower seeds 500g Clover Butter 500ml Clover Danone Inkomazi 1 tin (397g) Clover Condensed Milk 5ml vanilla essence |
| Preparation method |
- Combine dry ingredients.
- Melt butter and add Inkomazi, condensed milk and vanilla essence.
- Add to dry ingredients and mix well.
- Shape into balls with floured hands and place in greased bread pans.
- Bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 1 hour.
- Remove and turn out to cool on a wire rack.
- Break into individual rusks and then dry pieces in oven (60°C) overnight until dry.
