3 large sweet potatoes 5ml cayenne pepper salt 125ml Parmesan, grated oil for deep-frying
A tub of their favourite Clover Cream Cheese for a dip |
| Preparation method |
- Peel sweet potatoes.
- Cut into thin slices.
- Deep-fry in hot oil.
- Drain on kitchen paper.
- Sprinkle with spices and grated Parmesan
