Makes: 40 Fingers

1. Add milk to mixture and combine. 2. Place in a 35 cm x 30 cm baking tray. 3. Flatten dough to fill baking tray and spread apricot jam on top. 4. Sprinkle with coconut and bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 10 - 12 minutes. 5. Remove, allow to cool and cut into fingers (1 cm x 10 cm).
